Harga CPO Pulih Setelah Koreksi 2 Hari

PT Kontakperkasa – Harga minyak kelapa sawit (Crude Palm Oil/CPO) di Bursa Malaysia Exchange mengalami kenaikan pada awal perdagangan Rabu (6/9/2023), mengakhiri dua hari penurunan sejak awal pekan. Menurut data dari Refinitiv, pada sesi awal perdagangan, harga CPO naik sebesar 0,46% menjadi MYR 3.919 per ton pada pukul 08:00 WIB. Namun, perlu diperhatikan bahwa meskipun mengalami kenaikan, harga CPO sebelumnya turun dari level 4.000 ke level 3.900.

Pada hari Selasa (5/9/2023), harga CPO mengalami penurunan sebesar 2,13%, mencapai MYR 3.901 per ton. Dalam dua hari perdagangan, harga CPO mengalami penurunan sebanyak 3,44%, sementara secara bulanan tercatat penurunan sebesar 2,72%, dan secara tahunan mengalami penurunan tajam sebesar 6,54%.

Kenaikan harga CPO ini terjadi di tengah penurunan harga minyak saingannya di Dalian Commodity Exchange dan Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT). Namun, impor CPO dari India yang meningkat memberikan dorongan positif bagi harga CPO.

Seorang pedagang berbasis di Kuala Lumpur mengatakan, “Harga minyak sawit mentah berjangka di Bursa Malaysia dibuka lebih rendah, mengikuti kelemahan minyak nabati pesaingnya,” seperti yang dilaporkan oleh Reuters.

Kontrak minyak kedelai paling aktif di Dalian turun 0,85%, sementara kontrak minyak sawit di Dalian turun 1,41%. Harga minyak kedelai di Chicago Board of Trade turun 1,22%.

Minyak kelapa sawit dipengaruhi oleh pergerakan harga minyak lainnya saat mereka bersaing untuk mendapatkan pangsa pasar dalam industri minyak nabati global. Penurunan harga minyak lainnya secara otomatis dapat mempengaruhi harga CPO.

Di sisi lain, berdasarkan survei Reuters pada Selasa (5/9/2023), persediaan minyak sawit Malaysia pada akhir bulan Agustus diperkirakan mencapai level tertinggi dalam enam bulan, yaitu sekitar 1,89 juta metrik ton, akibat peningkatan produksi dan melambatnya ekspor.

Sementara itu, impor minyak nabati India pada bulan Agustus naik sebesar 5% menjadi rekor 1,85 juta metrik ton karena pabrik penyulingan membeli lebih dari 1 juta ton minyak sawit selama dua bulan berturut-turut untuk menambah stok menjelang festival yang akan datang.

Berdasarkan analis teknikal Wang Tao yang dikutip dari Reuters, harga minyak sawit saat ini berada dalam kisaran MYR 3.944 hingga MYR 3.984 per ton, dan pergerakan selanjutnya akan memberikan petunjuk arah yang lebih jelas. – PT Kontakperkasa
